When we first made contact with blue ribbon realty to begin the search for a new house I told them of our problems with our current real estate company. We had been dealing with black mold for months and it was starting to affect our health. The move in was fast and simple the paperwork was done in a very timely manner and the office staff had no problem explaining some of the things with the documents that I didn't understand. Maintenance has been so cool 😎 all of my work orders have pretty much been done within 24 to 48 hours of making them. All of the maintenance men are wonderful at explaining what they're doing ,what's the problem and how they're going to fix it. They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their tenants. Living here for two months and love it are a/c had went out we put a work order in and the next day they had a guy out here to fix it they are very very good and the properties are very nice don't luck out get them while you can!👍👍

Overall very good customer service. Paula was very responsive, friendly and helpful even when something was my fault, for example she waived my late fee and was very helpful when I forgot my tenant portal password.
